Hi everyone! I thought I would share this resource I made to help me organise my notes through medical school, so that when it comes to finals and the MLA I have a big summary page of notes.
There are 2 separate pages, one based on the presentations (where I am personally planning on putting important history questions, differentials etc), and one of conditions (where I am planning on recording which I have seen on placement and organise my notes into disease summaries). These can each be viewed by the individual condition/presentation, or by speciality.
I hope this blank template helps everyone organise their notes. It is based off the MLA content map document that was published in September 2019, and updated in March 2021 (correct as of October 2023).
A reminder that no pt information should ever be stored on online databases like this! It is strictly for your own revision notes as it is not secure.
